6. Payments and Fees
Payments, ticket sales, royalties, and revenue splits are governed by the specific agreements applicable to your role. Roll Show may charge platform or processing fees as disclosed in those agreements or in your dashboard.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Roll Show does not guarantee bookings, sales, views, exposure, or income. Your results depend on your activity, content, and market conditions.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or other agreements you have with us. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roll Show is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.
